About Indus Connect
Pioneering India’s Work-Integrated Learning Infrastructure
We believe every Indian degree must translate into measurable competence, dignifying commercial, technical, and vocational education across the nation.
What We Are Building Towards
Our Mission
To integrate 500,000 Indian degree and diploma students into structured, credit-bearing industrial apprenticeships by 2030—creating a generation of graduates who enter the workforce with verified, employer-attested competence.
Our Vision
To make work-integrated learning the standard foundation of Indian higher education, ensuring every graduate enters the workforce with verified experience and economic independence.
2030 Target
Work-integrated learning as the standard for Indian higher education.
Not an Internship Platform. An Institutional Infrastructure Company.
India trains millions of graduates each year—yet industry spends months retraining them on workplace basics. The Apprentices Act mandates corporate apprentice quotas that go unfulfilled, while universities scramble to improve employability metrics. Indus Connect was founded to close this gap: creating a regulated, scalable, and digitally-tracked bridge between campus learning and industrial reality. We build the institutional infrastructure—tripartite agreements, NCrF credit pipelines, NATS/NAPS registrations—that allows formal degrees to incorporate real industrial work as credited academic experience.
